TRS Consulting offers two types of consulting pricing models to meet your organization's needs:

» Dedicated Resource: Standard time and material contracts or fixed-price engagements for either full or
    part-time services over a period of time

» Ad-Hoc Resource: Services used on an as-needed bases without a contract for pre-selected programs

Our consulting model allows our clients to either engage our consultants with a contract vehicle for long periods of service or use our 'On Call' service, which does not require any contract at all. With this flexibility you can pick and choose when to use our services. Our 'On Call' service is designed to assist your current staff during emergency times or to perform a short-term task over a period of hours or days not weeks. Again, our focus is to produce high quality results not high billable hours spent on a given task.
